I'm the President/CEO & Co-founder of Brickfish.com. Brickfish is a social media advertising platform that connects consumers and brands. Brickfish is a finalist for the Red Herring Global Top 100 startup companies. This is very satisfying since 3 years ago the co-founder and I were sitting in a Starbucks dreaming up Brickfish from a blank piece of paper. We've run advertising campaigns for the top brands in the world such as the Estee' Lauder Brands, Microsoft, Nike, Kodak, Intuit, Coach and many more.

I love the executive moms site. There are so many things that only WE can understand in the daily life of what it takes to be an "executive mom."

Our children are amazing. We love to spend time working in our California garden, the kitchen and at the craft table. They are growing so quickly. I spent a total of 9 months on complete bed rest (Alyssa 3 months & Jake 6 months) to get them both here safely. I tackled it like any other "project" in life — with determination, commitment to do whatever it took and a strong faith to stay the course to the finish line. Worth every bit of sacrifice and more!

What I want most in life for my daughter… Health, happiness and the courage/resilience to accomplish whatever career she chooses. That she will know the unconditional love of being a mother.

What I want most in life for my son…health, happiness and that he won't develop carpal tunnel from playing too many video games 😉 That he will respect and appreciate women.

I want them to know the value of hard work and the value of family. I leave them one chore to do a day after school — it can be as simple as put away your laundry or empty the dishwasher. They get so excited to see what the note says…it is a little trick I learned from my Mom.
