I'm a relationship coach with a background as a marriage and family therapist and over 16 years in the behavioral health industry. Working with fabulous professional women committed to success at home, as well as the workplace, is a highly satisfying use of my skills, and talent.

I own Interpersonal Excellence with Crystal Hernandez, a coaching firm that provides coaching products and services that enable professional women to enrich or transform the quality of their marriage or family life. I love literature, jazz and classical music, long walks along the beach, short family getaways, and watching my youngest daughter play "dressup" in my clothing and accessories.

I've climb a mountain (only once!), endured horseback riding, and camped out in the winter! I love traveling with my husband…seeing new places and sharing new experiences.
