Life is not meant to be observed – it’s meant to be lived full out. Try new ways to enjoy your life no matter where you are right now. Learn to accept life as it is, let go of the “shoulds” and explore possibilities. When you’re building an awesome life, it’s essential to enjoy the building process.

20 Ways to Live Life Full Out:

1. Live life full out. Don’t hold back or wait until “someday.” Do it now. You only get one chance to live your life – why not live yours to the fullest?

2. Refuel your passion. Take a good look at your life and decide what you need to do to re-ignite your passion for living life full out. Some ways to do this are taking a vacation, volunteering, changing your routines or taking a personal retreat.

3. Read positive/inspirational books daily. Ten or 15 minutes of positive input daily will change the way you respond to life. You can let yourself be naturally more positive by putting good stuff in.

4. Wear motivational reminders. I wear two bracelets that remind me to live life fully and to keep positive. Choose something special that will serve as your reminder to stay positive.

5. Listen. Stop talking and listen to life. Really listening creates connections with others and brings clarity to life.

6. Be silent. Times of silent reflection renew our minds and bodies. Silence is, in fact, truly golden.

7. Create an “Absolute Yes! List.” Write down four to six things that you always say yes to. These are your life priorities.

8. Explore new possibilities. Research new opportunities, try new ways of doing things and let yourself grow. Fear will be there but explore anyway.

9. Change your mind. It’s okay to change your mind. By trying lots of new things and then changing your mind, you become clear about what you really want.

10. Sing out loud! Crank up the music and let it rip. Let your fellow drivers stare – they’re just jealous because you’re having so much fun.

11. Take a play date. Schedule time to just play. Brainstorm new ideas and then get a date on the calendar. Make sure to try new things and remember – it’s okay to get messy.

12. Turn off the TV. Television wastes time and often fills our minds with negatives. By reducing the amount of TV you watch, you will create space for living out other parts of your life.

13. Surround yourself with your favorite things. Our favorite things make us feel good. Our environment is a reflection of who we are and how we live our lives. Let yours speak loudly about who you are.

14. Take the long way home. Try going a different way and you’ll be amazed at what you see. Always keep your eyes open for new ways to experience the same old thing.

15. Do something “just because.” We don’t need a reason or a justification for everything. Let yourself do something just because you want to.

16. Be happy. Stop worrying and decide to be happy. You get to choose your attitude. What will you decide?

17. Be committed to your values. Define your core values and live them out each day. Periodically check in with yourself to monitor how true your life is to your values.

18. Be spontaneous. Do something completely out of the ordinary today.

19. Laugh out loud and laugh often. Laughter is an essential part of living life full out.

20. Take a risk! In fact take a risk every day in some way. Risks keep us living full out. Feel the fear and do it anyways!
