In the spirit of community, the site requires you to post feedback of your own… and in turn you get access to what other people in your company, or in other companies, or others with a title similar to yours are reporting as compensation. The information is enlightening in its specificity (no generalized industry averages).

If you are considering making a career move, this site, especially as it grows, could be a very useful source of "real deal" information about life behind the doors of a company (glass or otherwise), including what people think of executive management and the company's quality of life. As of now, Technology, Banking, and Business seem to be particularly well-represented sectors, though not exclusively so.
Even if you are not on the move, the insights people share in writing anonymously make for some pretty compelling reading…
