Focusing on promotions, appointments, honors, along with general content, their intent is to increase the visibility of women, and opportunities for women overall.

No matter your own aspirations, it’s useful to track the paths of highly accomplished women.

As versed as you may be in the comings and goings of your particular field, it can be inspiring, as well as tactically beneficial, to learn about what achieving women are doing on all fronts.
