For 23 years I have developed and produced plays and musicals of high quality for young audiences. TOthger than raising my daighter, <a href="http://executivemoms.com/members/?s=who is now 18" rel="nofollow">who is now 18</a>, theatre is my greatest passion. The company is New Yorks based, but tours to millions allover the country, often giving young people their first live theatrical expereince. I have started the careers of many actors, <a href="http://executivemoms.com/members/?s=writers&quot; rel="nofollow">writers</a>, directors who are now working on Broadway and in film and television.
Family Facts:

My husband has always been supportive of my time consuming career. My daughter and I have a very close relationship. She is attending Wesleyan and is a writer. I am proud of my parenting achievement. She still wants to hang out with me, <a href="http://executivemoms.com/members/?s=talk to me" rel="nofollow">talk to me</a>, and travel with me. She is a good person, with a big heart and a sharp mind.If I sound a bit like an empty nester–I am.
A Little More About Me (About my career, hobbies, miscellaneous personal trivia):

At the youthful age of 50 I am looking for new challenges, yet striving to keep my artistic vision alive at my not-for-profit theater in tough economic times. I am an off-Broadway award nominator so I see over 100 shows a year! I love to travel and cook. And I think I may be the best bargain shopper of all times. No joke.

Our theatre is looking to cultivate new board members , who have children. We feel they will personally invest in our mission. What we need are people who are passionate, commited and willing to help us a develop a network of others who will do the same.
